Recipes

• Enforce plan conformance (catch implementation drift) — catch drift from an approved plan with upstream gates plus midstream conformance skills.
• Review design docs and ADRs upstream — catch gaps and risks at the design/ADR stage, before they become code.
• Suppress flaky / false-positive AI review comments — use Riverbed Memory suppression so known false positives do not recur.
